A. Appointment Cancellations
We kindly request that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, as outlined during the booking process or in your appointment confirmation.
B. No-Shows
Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may be considered a no-show, and a fee may be charged accordingly. Repeated no-shows may result in limited ability to schedule future appointments.
C. Refund Policy
All payments for services rendered are non-refundable, including deposits, unless otherwise stated. Refunds for prepaid packages, memberships, or treatments will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of Magnolia Comfort Medical.
D. Product Refunds
Products purchased through our clinic or website are eligible for return within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unused, unopened, and in original condition. Proof of purchase is required. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
E. Processing of Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original method of payment. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
